Kelsey Buchbinder
Co-Founder & Principal
Kelsey Buchbinder brings more than a decade of institutional real estate experience in asset management, leasing, and portfolio oversight. She earned her bachelor's degree from Barnard College and a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University before beginning her career in commercial real estate.
Throughout her career, Kelsey has managed a diverse portfolio of office and industrial properties totaling more than 1 million square feet across major U.S. markets, including Dallas, Memphis, Cincinnati, Nashville, Chicago, Philadelphia, and Columbus. As an asset manager for a leading multinational real estate investment firm, she has overseen leasing strategy, tenant relations, and value creation initiatives, working closely with brokers and tenants to execute millions of dollars in lease transactions.
Her extensive experience in commercial leasing, asset management, and portfolio operations provides a valuable perspective on maximizing property performance and long-term investment value. At Rex Property Group, she focuses on asset management, leasing strategy, tenant relations, and portfolio growth.

Spencer Glaser
With more than a decade of real estate experience, Spencer Glaser brings a unique combination of legal, transactional, and investment expertise to every project. After graduating from law school in 2014, Spencer practiced as a real estate attorney in Memphis, Tennessee, representing clients in commercial and residential real estate transactions, financing matters, leasing, and closings.
Today, Spencer focuses on land development and acquiring and managing light industrial properties. His background as both an attorney and investor provides a comprehensive understanding of real estate from acquisition and financing through development, leasing, and long-term asset management.

Laurel Connolly
Transaction Coordinator
Laurel Connolly serves as Transaction Coordinator for Rex Property Group, where she oversees the successful execution of real estate acquisitions and lease management. With a meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving, Laurel plays a critical role in ensuring every transaction progresses smoothly and efficiently.
During her time with the company, Laurel has coordinated hundreds of land transactions on both the buy and sell side. She works closely with buyers, sellers, lenders, banks, title insurance companies, surveyors, and real estate attorneys to keep transactions on track and ensure all deadlines, documentation, and closing requirements are met.
